Our Story

Stay Après began after discovering Ellicottville on a family road trip and falling in love with the charm of the Village, access to the incredible outdoors, and down to earth vibe of the locals. With over 50 years of collective vacation rental experience, we couldn’t wait to bring an amazing guest experience to the incredible 4 season destination of Ellicottville. We purchased our first Chalet, and Stay Après was born. We love what we do, and can’t wait for you to experience the best of Ellicottville in a Stay Après chalet!
